Guarantees

Your quaranteed number of guests is
required 72 hours prior to your function.

If no quarantee is received, you will be
invoiced for the number of guests that is 
listed on your contract.  Should you have 
any additional guests, your invoice will 
be adjusted accordingly.

Linen Cloths & Napkins - $1.50 per person
Upscale Plastic Plates & Utensils - $2.00 per person
Banquet Staff - $15.00/hour per server

Delivery & Pick-Up Charge

A $25.00 fee will apply to all cater-outs.

(18% gratuity and 5% sales tax will be added.)
